MEET YOUR GARDENER

Hello! I'm Lori Grim, the owner and 'gardengal' of The Rusty Porch u-pick flower farm. I was born and raised on a farm in Kuna, Idaho, and have been a local farmer's wife for over 30 years.  After years of working at a plant nursery and owning/operating Can-Ada Lawn Service, my love for landscaping blossomed into a continually growing flower farm here in Melba, Idaho.  While most of my time is spent on the property getting my hands dirty doing who knows what, you'll often catch me in the middle of a DIY project or meandering through various nurseries in the valley looking for that must- have plant! You can't buy happiness but you can buy plants and that's pretty  much the same thing.  Who's with me?!  =) 

THE CREW

Those who know me know that I'm quite an introvert who is perfectly content staying in my own little bubble.  These people pictured on the right, though, have pushed me in unimaginable ways and have helped me grow far outside of my comfort zone!  From posting videos and showing myself on Instagram to teaching classes and setting up a booth at a local farmer's market-- this is the team of people who have been my greatest supporters, motivators, and helpers!
